    Here's a scarce early pontiled J.S.Mason cylinder ink bottle from the 1850s in a pretty green color!....

    (boldly emb vertical on front).....Open Pontil....thin flared lip....green....4 1/4"tall x 1 1/2"round....it has a couple chips on the flared lip, but no other damage. A patch of light inside haze. A great looking ink bottle that should be easy to repair if someone knows how to do it
