This listing is for a Honeywell Pentax Spotmatic 35mm SLR camera (black body) with Pentax Super Takumar 50mm f/1.4 fast standard prime lens (s/n 2550548 3098545 Japan).
Excellent cosmetic condition showing little to no signs of use. We believe this to be the cameras original paint which is overall exceptionally clean showing minimal brassing. Note the bright white in the letters.
Camera's viewfinder is bright and clear
Shutter is firing properly at all speeds
Film advance is smooth
Battery door is stuck - we are unable to replace the battery and test the meter.
Note the deterioration of the mirror pad in the lens mount, this is normal for cameras of this vintage.
Takumar lens is also in Excellent condition showing minimal signs of use
Glass is overall clean and clear with light, average dust, normal for a lens of this vintage
Focus is smooth
Aperture blades are clean, free of oil, and stop down properly
