    This item is a Basic Patsyette 8" fashion doll from Robert Tonner's Effanbee Patsyette collection.  This doll is dressed.  She can share clothes with other 8" Tonner fashion dolls with the Tiny Betsy McCall body type, such as the Kickits and 8" Betsy McCall.  This doll has never been removed from her box. She does not have a stand. She comes in her original pink Effanbee box, as shown
