Antique Needlework Windmills on Water in Blue Tones

Description: Very old needlework in tones of blue.  Windmill scene on water.
Everything is handsewn as shown in pictures.
Back border is a plain weave as opposed to the weave of the front and you can see where it is seamed together in the last picture. Would make a great throw pillow with some work.
Condition: Corners have been trimmed.  There are a few small holes around the outside border where needlework was attached to the frame. Pictures also show some hanging thread remnants. Please check out the pictures for details.
Approximate Dimensions: 23"x 17" Borders on the sides are about 3/4", Top and Bottom 1".  Also distance from
corner
blue stitching to trimmed area is about 1/4".
